Sierra Properties, Inc. has been providing commercial real estate asset management services in Colorado Springs since 1988.  Sierra's goal as an asset management company has always remained constant: to provide the finest services possible to its customer (the building owner) with respect to property management, accounting, maintenance, architectural design and construction, and to establish for the tenant an environment which is both professional and enjoyable.  Sierra feels that these two areas are of the utmost importance and are critical in maximizing the property value for the building owners employing Sierra.  David R. Delich, President of Sierra, has worked in commercial real estate in the Colorado Springs community for over 30 years.
